      NZR ATG Bellows 53' Semi-trailer 01

Triple your Service shop profit!

Service Shops can triple there profit by obtaining a license to convert Van and Platform Semi-trailers to the longer more efficient ACCORD-Stinger semi-trailer and d-TRAiN tractor packages. These projects will help increase profits and create a new market. Service Shops can buy into this new iteration by becoming a Franchised dealers for NZR ACCORD-Stinger Semi-trailers and d-TRAiN Tractor package products for conversions with minimal outlay for cost and good ROI. A 10-year franchise agreement with a 5-year renewal. The initial fee upfront is $50,000 dollars for the franchise fee and $25,000 for the R&D fee (all US dollars) and a 7% royalty. Component kits are provided or may be ordered direct from an approved OEM.

If your service shop profit is $500,000 on total assets of $7.5 million or 2.5% profit including inventory and receivables. Apparently, this is not enough and according to a recent article Trailer Body Builders you need to do better, the question is how. The $225,000 is just not enough to provide a stable balance sheet yet where do you find the additional profit without gouging the customer. There is another iteration that might just provide the answer – ACCORD-Stinger Semi-trailer Conversions and d-TRAiN 5th Wheel Compound Hitch tractor packages. These installations, not rocket science, you don’t need to be an electronics expert it’s all nuts and bolts, good welding technique and the result will be more profit for your shop.

What about the customer; Well, we all know how difficult it is for trucking companies when faced with change. Case in point; the introduction of ESC Electronic Stability Control evidently subsidized by the fed. and implementation slated for 2017. No such luck at the service level, so what to do. Solution; show the trucking industry how to improve their operating ratio’s without subsidy and or fuel surcharges, D-Train Impact Pie Chart Extracts while improving the bottom line in service center, a win-win situation.

And of the risk: NZR will point to existing units operating over many millions of miles, across every State and Province, without incident, in all types of weather conditions, only need to ask for the testimonials.

NZR 5th Wheel Compound Hitch

NZR Patented 5th Wheel Compound Hitch

Designed as an optional connection between the tractor and semi-trailers and allowing for a dromedary extension to the semi-trailer for increased capacity. The normal articulating hitch remains operational for conventional type hook-up. However the “Compound Hitch” will not allow the semi-trailer to rotate at the 5th wheel and moves this rotation (articulation) back to the stinger or turntable located on the trailer and behind the drive axle or axles. With this type of connection the tractor is restricted to 52° of rotation which is sufficient to make all maneuvers on or off highway.

Benefits when used with Semi-trailers:

  • No full jackknife damage to the tractor cab
  • Greater cubic capacity with a longer semi-trailer
  • Dromedary an extention of the trailer Approx 20%
  • Improves fuel economy approx. 5%
  • Better off-tracking and maneuverability approx 50%
  • Shorter forward length approx 20%
  • Universal application non-distructive technology

Benefits when used with straight trucks:

  •  Multiple ancillary equipment applications
  • Various types of bodies min 3:1 ratio
  • All work trucks are tractors
  • Reduces capital investment improves ROI
