What they have learned from software industry programmers, it is faster, Simpler to Steal, Plagiarize products research by perusing USPTO and CPO patent publications. Some even have stooped to add the true inventor to publications in order to feign legitimacy. That art of the plagiarist continues unabated, to draw heat from gaps in the dissemination of knowledge and is a sad commentary.
