OEM Licensing and International Licensing are available for selected industry territories. These inventions are suitable for most locations throughout the global transportation industry.
WANTED: New and Used trailer Work Shops to do complete conversions. Those so equipped must be knowledgeable and certified for custom repair of Van, Platform, Skeletal Semi-trailers etc. To facilitate this growth market licensing is necessary for trailer conversion to ACCORD-Stinger semi-trailer, a/c/e-Train doubles and d-TRAIN tractor package. Payback is estimated to return ROI within one year, ongoing royalties are applicable to audited sales. Costs involved in obtaining these non-exclusive and exclusive territories vary based on Min/max market penetration in each district and territory. We offer a work shops 5 year franchise agreement with 5 year renewals. There are upfront fees for franchise and an R&D fee component contact NZR for details. An NDA Agreement is required or letter-of-Intent to secure a license in territories. Letters-of-Intent should be accompanied with a $10,000 US non-refundable deposit to secure any territory. (Territories are protected by 250 mile 400 km radius) Once contract is signed any payment received and due diligence completed, data will be furnished. The $10,000 dollar non-refundable deposit will be held in escrow by legal pending contracts completion and is applied against future royalties. A 10% spoiler charge shall be deducted if the franchise agreement, for any reason, is not consummated and the balance returned in 90 days or less.
Distributor Service and trailer work shops, all require licensing, funds are in US Dollars and will be held in escrow pending completion of franchise licensing contracts.
OEM Manufacturers are offered a license for an exclusive manufacturing territory (Protected by 250 mile 400 km radius) up front fees to be negotiated, payment in US dollars and payable over five years, renewable in perpetuity, plus royalties. Certain components to be supplied by NZR or approved OEM suppliers. A $250,000 deposit shall accompany letter of intent to acquire territory, such funds to be held in legal escrow pending completion of the licensing agreement. An R&D component is due annually along with consulting fees which are negotiable.
Monies held in escrow subject to due diligence and confirmation. A 10% fee is due for failure to complete any agreement.
